Laser-focused on client results, Charline brings a comprehensive skill set in leadership and organizational development at the mid and senior executive levels. She has been instrumental in the success of projects supporting both small and large nonprofits, including strategic planning, executive and Client Centered Governance® coaching, by-law and policy development, and complex special initiatives. She has a strong ability to support boards and leadership teams in achieving organizational missions and strategic objectives.

Charline also has extensive experience working across all levels of government, including complex business planning, funding submissions, and performance tracking to support sustained funding success. I first worked with Charline as a hospital CEO when I hired her to open and lead, as Executive Director, one of Ontario’s first Family Health Teams. Since then, I have observed her continued career progression through highly successful roles in community services, health care, academia, and expert consulting.
